We firmly believe in our offerings. Although we recognize that not everyone can use our service, we do our absolute best daily to make you smile and feel pleased. We would be pleased to give you a refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if there is a problem that we are unable to resolve and it renders the system unusable. Note your transaction order ID and write “Request and refund” in the subject line of your email. In the email, also explain your problems and the reason behind your request. For some reason, we need proof from you, and you need evidence from us of our work and things we see that we also need to present to you to communicate our view-point and judgment more clearly and concisely.


Please be aware that refunds for technical difficulties are only possible if you allow us to resolve them satisfactorily and help you. If we cannot fix your issue within 48 hours, we will refund you. If you need assistance, please get in touch with our live support team anytime, 24/7.

  • Refunds may be granted only within 72 hours following the date of purchase. You are unable to process them after 72 hours.
  • Refunds for credit card payments are typically handled, and the money is transferred back to the customer’s debit card within 20 to 31 business days.
  • Refund processing times, however, might vary and can take up to 90 days in certain situations. We bear no liability for these timelines and interruptions. We are the IPTV service provider, not the payment processor.
  • Only transactions completed in less than 72 hours will receive a full refund from us. The remainder of the refund requests will be issued during the subscription period. Users will hear from the UK Streaming TV support staff in every situation involving a refund.

Note: Every refund usually takes 20 to 90 working days to process, and we don’t usually handle reducing this period. Our payment processors will take care of refund requests. We will try to refund any users immediately after seeing the request and checking user information.

We will provide our best support in all assistance requests to set up their boxes, devices, apps, and systems. However, because we need to know the circumstances of the box, device, system, etc., our support is limited to pre-defined steps for device configurations.

Some Channels Are Freezing, Buffering Or Not Working Rarely:

Though almost all of our servers are stable, sometimes some channels freeze or don’t, so various non-permanent’s-ur expert engineers are constantly working to fix them.

Most of the time, these issues are temporary and caused by the following reasons:

  • Customer internet fluctuations.
  • Issue with the box/apps/customer setup in general.
  • Your ISP has an issue.
  • The channel is down from the server end.
  • The customer changed their mind and wanted to withdraw/switch between servers.

Suppose the user/customer can’t watch there IPTV subscription plan for 48 hours because of a Server Issue or any other problems caused by the US. In that case, we will completely refund the package price or add all lost time to your subscription for free + some bonus we can negotiate together.
